Lips

Lip tattoos give the illusion of added fullness, correct asymmetries, or simply add some wanted colour. It can also be applied as full lip colour, lip liner or as a blended lip contour.

Lips are always extremely vibrant and dark immediately following your tattoo. This is due to the highly vascular nature of lip tissue. On days 2 and 3 your lips will look and feel very ‘chapped’. Typically on day 3, they will peel. At this time the colour will be very light and some people mistakenly think their tattoo ‘didn’t work’. With patience, and a few weeks time the colour develops into a soft, healed result.

Regular lipstick may still be worn over your tattoo to create different looks.
