Eyebrows, one of the most important parts of the face, frame our eyes, and assist us to clearly project feelings and emotion. Unfortunately our brows can also age us; over time they thin from hormone shifts, thyroid issues, years of threading, over-tweezing and waxing.

Over time, as they gradually lighten, microblade brows will also appear to narrow and slightly shorten. As this fading progresses, traditional cosmetic makeup is encouraged. It is easily applied with your tattoo providing a basic guideline. Once your brows are softly faded enough to contrast new brows, you are ready for a colour boosting appointment. Ideally, this tattoo should be maintained every 1 - 2 years. Your old colour becomes a powdery backdrop to fresh darker hair-strokes.

A blended tattoo brow is appealing to people that like to wear full makeup or those who are more dramatic. This brow is longer lasting, and more consistent in terms of slower fading. It shows almost no shape change over time in large part due to the different way the pigment is implanted. Blended brows mean less frequent colour boosting appointments, people can usually go 2 - 3 years between sessions.
